InfoMentor is the school\u2019s administration and communication platform. You need BankID to sign in securely and protect access to your personal information.<\/p>

The InfoMentor Hub app is available free of charge from your app store.<\/p>

Reporting absence<\/strong><\/p>

You can report your child\u2019s absence for the current day or the following day. In the app, select Absence<\/em>, then Report absence<\/em> and confirm. A new sickness absence report must be submitted for each day your child is away.<\/p>

Students under the age of 18 cannot report their own absence. This is the guardian\u2019s responsibility, so please do not share your login details with your child.<\/p>

Here you can find information about school terms and holidays. We ask guardians to plan trips and other activities outside term time wherever possible, to minimise disruption to learning.<\/p>

After-school care at Stockholm International Academy<\/strong><\/p>

Our after-school provision complements the school day by offering a safe, enjoyable and enriching environment. Through play and structured activities, children develop new skills, build relationships and grow physically, intellectually and emotionally.<\/p>

We provide a balanced mix of child-led and organised activities, shaped by the children\u2019s interests. Our staff lead and support activities after school and during breaks, helping to strengthen the school community and prevent conflict. Students can also help manage play and games equipment. Whenever possible, activities take place outdoors in the school grounds or local area.<\/p>

Students must be enrolled in after-school care or the after-school club to use the school bus.<\/p>

Applications:<\/strong> After-school care is available for children aged 6\u20139, and the after-school club for children aged 10\u201313. Guardians should register their interest when applying for a school place.<\/p>

Fees:<\/strong> Participation is optional and guardians pay a monthly fee.<\/p>

Leaving the service:<\/strong> Guardians must give one month\u2019s notice. Fees remain payable during the notice period.<\/p>

Morning provision runs approximately from 07:35 to 08:30, with breakfast served until 08:00. Afternoon provision runs approximately from 13:30 to 17:00.<\/p>

Students who live in the City of Stockholm are insured through S:t Erik F\u00f6rs\u00e4krings AB. Students who live in Sollentuna, J\u00e4rf\u00e4lla, Upplands V\u00e4sby, Solna, Sundbyberg, Sigtuna or Upplands-Bro are covered by accident insurance through Stockholmsregionens F\u00f6rs\u00e4kring AB (SRF).<\/p>

The insurance covers accidents during school activities and direct travel to and from school. It also provides round-the-clock accident cover, including during leisure time. If a student is injured during the school day, their guardian must report the injury to S:t Erik F\u00f6rs\u00e4krings AB.<\/p>
